According to Federico, “Generative AI holds potential for providing tailored insights, though it requires careful integration to truly enhance client experiences.”

Pietro Scibona from Banca del Sempione highlighted the balance between innovation and client connection. According to Pietro, leveraging AI doesn’t replace human interaction but rather augments it, providing clients with more strategic investment management.

Carmine Da Fermo from Sella SGR discussed how AI assists both strategic and tactical decision-making, enabling the creation of models that are finely tuned to each client's needs with the help of Sphere, MDOTM’s AI-driven investment platform. He noted, however, that “human understanding remains critical to interpret AI-generated insights and ensure sound investment decisions.” The conversation underscored that while AI aids in efficiency and precision, human oversight is crucial to maintain client trust and make informed choices.
